Chef Lenger is a European and American trained culinarian with over 30 years experience at distinguished restaurants throughout the world. Chef Lenger hails from Vienna, Austria where he graduated at the top of his class from the Culinary Institute of Vienna.
After a decade at some of the finest restaurants in Vienna, he embarked on an opportunity in New York City where he mastered pastry arts in addition to his already impressive list of accomplishments.
Chef Lenger has published several culinary arts books and most recently served as Executive Chef at Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas.
